Well I've done it for a week now. Good for me:) I don't have much to say right now except I'm on track. I'll exercise tonight after the kids go to bed. It's so much easier that way, then I don't accidentally hit or kick anyone when I'm doing
tae bo. Plus everyone seems to want me to do something for them as soon as I start my workout. Today I will not eat any sweets/
junkfood, I will not overeat and I will workout at least 30 minutes. I'll post after I workout so that I will be sure to do it.
